Ok, Here We Go!
The past few weeks have been a fairly busy time on multiple fronts: I’ve started to go back into Boston on a more regular basis, I spent time with dear friends of mine down in Brooklyn last weekend, and I even got to see my dad for Father’s Day – in person.
Much more on point for this blog however, I’ve also been performing a lot in anticipation of the following: the new EP is ready! “Alone in a Crowded Place” will drop on all streaming services on July 22. I also have printed a limited number of CDs (for those who are still working with the technology). These will be available for purchase at the live event (more on that in a minute).
I am incredibly thankful to everyone who worked with me on this project, and I think that these five songs are a wonderful distillation of the experience of the isolation of the pandemic over the past year.
Fittingly, I’m doing what I can to make sure that we can launch this in a way that is anything but isolated.
First, I will be doing a live Instagram event on July 22 at 7 PM where I will perform the songs from the album as well as several other originals. I figured it would be nice to just have an evening of song together.
Even more exciting, I am working with my friends Danielle Pinals (who also has just launched an EP – please check it out here! And here) and Andrew Geano to throw an EP launch party. We are still trying to determine the exact venue and date, but I will share with you as soon as I can.
So, please set a reminder for July 22 to go ahead and start streaming the EP (and you can pre-order here), join me on Instagram that night at 7 PM, and stay tuned for our live, in person event, details to come!
As always, thank you for being on this journey with me. I hope you enjoy the songs, and I can’t wait to see you in person!

Chris, please save me an EP. I’m old.

One will be put aside for you, sir!
